Menu Plan Mar. 21-27

Monday: Baked Ziti, Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread
Last week threw me off schedule with JB's surgery so the kids and I had pizza that night and moved everything back a day. So tonight we are having what we should have had on Saturday. You can find a link to the recipe at The Happy Housewife.

Tuesday: Tuna Casserole and Butternut Squash
This night has to be extremely easy and something that Legs can do on her own incase I am not home at a decent hour to fix dinner. We start our "away from home activities" at 1:00 with Lego Club then onto Girls Group at 3:30, followed by baseball practice at 5:00 and finally Cub Scouts at 7:00. This is just boiled egg noodles, a can of tuna (drained), one can each of cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas. Steam peas while noodles are cooking. Drain noodles, return to pan and add all other ingredients and stir.

Wedneday: Chicken Spaghetti
This is what is on the menu for dinner at church this week. I have another busy day with two appointments so eating at church will be our best choice.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Chili
We have to eat early tonight because Lil Man has his first baseball game of the season. This recipe can be found at Mommy Hates Cooking.

Friday: Breaded Tilapia, Seasoned Potatoes and Green Beans
Late dinner tonight due to another baseball game but it is pretty quick to put together. The Breaded Tilapia recipe and Seasoned Potatoes Recipe can both be found at Mommy Hates Cooking.

Saturday: Birthday Dinner out
Sunday is my actual birthday but my parents will be up to visit and see the Legs bowl and Lil Man play another game today so we are hoping around all that we can go out to eat to celebrate.

Sunday: Leftovers
I think I will leave this up to Legs or JB since I am sure to crash after church or another day at the ball fields.
